1x Zoom constantly blurry

I have the S21 Ultra and the camera lens which uses the 1x & 2x zoom is constantly blurry in the camera app - I can't get it to focus on anything.

I don't have the problem with .6x zoom or 3x zoom upwards, so does this mean I have a component issue? Or does anybody know about a fix?

Check if you can control focus correctly in pro mode. If not, probably component issue.

Already 3 people have reported this. Cannot be coincidence. It must be software bug.

No it's not a hardware issue, because you are not the first to report this.

Use normal mode for anything
Shooting
And use 3x man !!!!! For but zoom shots
And 10x for even more zooms


Why just 1x or 2x its all digital zoom

I also have the same problem since last October when they came out with a major update. Since then this issue is there. I have been a very long samsung loyalist but I think this is the last phone I'm buying from samsung cause even after spending so much money such problems don't have a solution and they want us to adjust the way we use it. Why is it that initially there was no problem and now there is ? Pathetic!

Seriously, name itself is note20 ultra 5g and their is no update of 5g only. Pathetic !
