00101 mysterious network found

Long time back I put post about mysterious network found where 2 are known (ie 404999 and 12345 network) and 2 are unknown (ie Vodafone in and CellOne) but on today I saw a new mysterious network ie 00101 found today which is showing first in network screen shot in 5g preferred network mode . 

00101 network was showing in 5g only network mode in which screen shot is mentioned below 

Does any one know 00101 network belongs to.

00101 appears to be a network under test.

I think this network belongs to Vi or bsnl 5g network

BSNL / VI start with 404

But for bsnl 4g testing 12345 network is used
