why no pie update for Galaxy ON NXT ??

Just a 6k phone with basic smart features getting pie update 

Samsung galaxy ON NXT 64GB(SG610) phone release in 2017 . I purchased phone as it's mentioned in Flipkart as out of the box android Nougat update will be given thru OTA and later on in a year I got android Oreo update . 

It has been 6 months since Samsung started rolling pie update and no where Samsung galaxy ON NXT (SG610) mentioned. 

When I contacted customer care they say it will be given but hold on patience. 

Samsung J7 , J7 prime etc with same chip set and similar features are receiving updates 

I feel as per customer care on NXT customer will get after everybody get android Q and R  update 

At least they should have push security updates 

Pathic experience with Samsung!!!

bro this phone was sold with android Marshmallow not Nougat, also I used to have it and it can't be compared with Nokia 1 since Nokia 1 uses android go as well as stock android+ android one certification
