Hey Samsung please provide any Security patch update for Galaxy On Max. It's an old device and it has MEDIATEK processor too. But the device didn't get any monthly update timely. Only got Android Oreo 8.1. If all Samsung smartphones can get atleast 2 major OS upgrades then why you are not providing 2nd OS upgrade ( PIE) to this device?? The device was also costly at that time. Though it's a midrange category device , but you should provide updates timely. There are many other devices of Redmi, Moto, Realme, Oppo, Vivo etc which also have MEDIATEK processor. If the companies can provide the Pie upgrade for those devices then why not Samsung?? Are you creating differentiation by this?? Only the devices having Exynos chipset and Snapdragons chipset got the Pie upgrade though Exynos processors on those years were very laggy. Mediatek processor is far better than Exynos. Ok fine if you don't want to give Pie upgrade for this device then provide atleast Security patch updates timely. 😔😔
