Sign out Samsung account and sign in again. Your problem will be solved.

in some devices after installing major updates this issues are their so you can remove your samsung account and signin again it will work

- Remove the Samsung account from settings>>clouds and accounts>>accounts>>Samsung account>>3 dot>>remove.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system app >> Galaxy app >> Storage >> Clear data.
- Open my galaxy app and sign in with Samsung account.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
