did u update one ui it has fix for rotation of wallpaper kindly check on galaxy store and second pull down notification tab as in sidhabhi's pic and select auto rotate

Yes the issue is there. Even we turned on the auto rotate settings still the wallpaper not turning when we turn the screen left or right.
it turns only when we turn left and immediately turned opposite direction, then only the wall paper turns. Samsung still not identified the exact issue.
