My note 9 is purchased from UAE and now using in India. My service provider SW ver ends in INS/INS/XSG/XSG. So will get updates ? My recent update was in July after that I didn't received any update ..

I tried reaching them and said Since my "service provider SW ver" is INS/INS/INS/XSG, I might not receive the update. why you guys dont have a common thing for the flagship mobile.
will I be able to get my update through authorised service centre in India or with any other means ?
