My note 9 is purchased from UAE and now using in India. My service provider SW ver ends in INS/INS/XSG/XSG. So will get updates ? My recent update was in July after that I didn't received any update ..

Change your CSC to India. That will solve everything.

Yes. You are currently on Indian CSC but country of origin is still XSG.
