I'm using note 10 lite but it's giving me sound problems? It doesn't have a sound when I play music, I have to to put loudspeaker when I'm on a call. What can I do?

Please try the following steps to test teh speaker of your device, Dial *#0*# then select the speaker. 

 

Also please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Hi Maps, thank you so much for your response. I'll try that, hopefully it works. I've taken it for repairs at Vodacom before and a week later after I've collected it, it did the same thing.

I've just tried all the solutions you gave me Maps but I still won't hear sound on a video or that ringing bell when you make a call, I have to activate loudspeaker for me to hear another person. Funny thing is it rings when someone calls just to hear them it must be on loudspeaker or headset. I'll take it back to vodacom.

Did you install a screen protector recently, might block the proximity sensor
