Device will not ring when called after software update 2 days back

I need help. My note 10+ will not ring after the latest update on 11 Sep, no normal call sound, no WhatsApp call sound , just quiet

Restart your phone and try the following:
Please go onto your settings, check that you haven't muted your sounds.. if all fails reset your factory settings
