smart view not working on my samsung galaxy note 9

Smart view is not working on my note 9.its get connected to tv but not showing anythinhg except wallpaper of the phone in whole screen of tv.i am facing this issue for long time n not a getting a solution how to get rid of it???

I have the same problem on my Samsung S9. Maybe it's broken after March update. Try installing the latest update (June-20) that has been released for note 9 and let us know if it's fixed...

no its not fixed..i have updated it today n 1st thing i have checked is the screen cast.n unfortunately the problem persist.i dont know why samsung is not solving this issue.i have contacted them n they r giving no any appropiate answer.

Is your TV a smart TV like does it have wifi. I presume you must have. Not faced any issue yet

yes its a smart tv..there is no such problem with my other samsung phone.

I suggest try smartswitch to update your phone if you have not since march now that the update is available

lets hope it will be resolved soon..by the way i have updated to ui 2.1 but the problem persists.
