screen off & lock?

what is some alternate way of screen locking without using the power button? Some manufacturers have built-in lock widget. I have tried using some third party widgets from play store but after locking using those, biometrics unlock doesn't work. Any solution?

download Good Lock app 2018 and install one hand operation + and use long swipe gesture to lock the screen
