White screen flash

When I press the lock button to unlock the phone, my phone flashes white screen for a fraction of second. I have tried resetting my settings and safe mode, but of no use. Otherwise screen is working perfectly fine, I have diagnosed with tools available in members app too, no issues detected with screen.

Can someone let me know how this can be fixed?

Not sure but It may be a mother board issue please check your device in samsung care
