screen flickering while scrolling

This type of flickering is happening after the new update.I thought it will go down by an update but it still persists.please help.

Once, I was having this problem in my galaxy m30s, but after some updates from Google, it is fixed permanently.

Update from Google for google app, this is 100%not Samsung problem.

you are able to record the screen so it's not hardware based problem ....
