Galaxy NoteHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity strength as it should be strong.
2. Go to settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Ensure that the device and TV should be nearby while connecting.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
