hi all,2 days back, i purchased note 10lite,i faces finger print issues 

When I was in indoor it works okay 

But i came out to outdoor or under sunlight finger print didn't work,it's always shows errors 

Can anyone faces these issues

onetime remove your current fingerprint and register agian bro and try after any issue faced wait for next update

Register 2 fingers 4 times, means 2 times each and Performance will improve.

We would like to inform you that when strong light enters the Optical fingerprint sensor, it is difficult to read the fingerprint accurately as it is exceeded the limit of light that the Optical fingerprint sensor can accept.

If you attempt fingerprint recognition in places where there is strong light around, such as sunlight, please cover fully the fingerprint sensor with your fingers to prevent strong light from entering the fingerprint sensor.

 

This is a phenomenon depending on the characteristics of the Optical fingerprint sensor and all Samsung smartphones undergo rigorous internal inspection test, and are always being controlled under Samsung’s high level of quality standards internally.
