ring tone issue

Anybody facing this weird issue after getting Samsung internal app update . I hear ring tone but no calls whatsoever .it has happened 3 times so far even after restarting . Quite annoying .

All of the photos and songs are just vanished

Kindly try to check the Recycle Bin.

And please try to recover the photos/files you missed from the device if you backed up to your Samsung account or Google Drive. Through the following steps:

Please try to go to Settings - Account & Data - then choose Samsung account and restore files.
