anybody else facing random shutdowns and crashes after the latest Ui3.0 update?

What a botched software package. I have factory reset the phone twice, no help. 

What should be done now?

Hello . I would suggest you please visit the service center for better assistance where the engineer will inspect your device physically and try to provide you resolution regarding your concerns according to Samsung Representative bro . According to Samsung Representative he said that i will share the feedback with the teams so that they will try to fix the bugs in upcoming updates 😇👍🙏🙏 .
