Those customers who are not eligible for the software updates, can those customers pay and buy software updates? And update our handset, just like we do in our PC. There should be some options.
I am facing hanging problem 2 times before update and 1 times after update. I installed June update on 5 August and on 9th I faced this problem. I m using galaxy M31 6/64.
