Galaxy Note
I purchased my Galaxy Note 20 in August 2020 and to date have not received my gift! 56 emails later and I'm still waiting. In October I was told Samsung is no longer generating E-vouchers so I can select a gift, choices were sent to me
I made my choice and even sent delivery details as requested
It's MARCH 2021, AND STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!
when I request an update, "we have escalated the matter. As soon as we get feedback, we will inform you "
Really! After sales customer service is pathetic!!
