I purchased my Note 20 last year which has a dual sim in it. When call comes on sim 1 I can see the caller's ID and the unsaved number as number but when someone calls on sim 2 neither the caller ID is displayed nor the number. Moreover unknown numbets are not registered so I can't even call back on that number.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Select Phone. 3. Select Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner. 4. Select Settings. 5. Select Other call settings. 6. Push slider to activate Show caller information.
If the issue persist that means your Caller Line Identification may need to be activated. Please contact your Network Service provider to activate
