problem with type c earphone while making call

Type c earphone  are no working  while making calls but it play songs only the problem  is while making  calls pleas do something

did u get type c firmware update??
make sure ur volume for headset is not in vibrate mode increase the volume
reset call app from apps settings
else reset phone once

but brother I can hear songs and every thing I have seen many people facing this problem with note 9

I feel 3.5mm headphone jack is better always. You will never face this issue.

I can hear songs in earphone but while attending calls the earphone disconnect itself

It seems your phone is not allowing the type c cables for call.
and forcing you on purpose to use in-call speaker.
