problem with my note 8

I cannot see who is calling me since I have set my always on display screen. I have to unlock my phone first. How do I revert back to see who is calling me even when my phone is locked?? thanks

Plese try to do the following: Go to settings -> Apps -> Tap on options -> Select Reset App Preferencess -> Reset

Then plaease observe again. Thank you.
