problem with last update option

Hi .... Is there any body else who is unable to check the details of last update. That option has been disabled in my phone .that last update option is disabled in my phonee is their anybody who has same issue....and if know the reason kindly share. Screenshot attached.

I have had similar issue. Its a bug. If you use Smartswitch also to update the phone it will not show though the phone is updated. You need not worry you phone is updated. When any update is available and you download it using OTA it will appear again. 😉

its not a bug. once you reset the phone the recent update log details will be deleted and it will look like greyed out. this will be available only when you update via OTA update that too recent log.

Correct log files get deleted but not the update once done.Thats what I said in my second last line above😜

i am facing green screen and grains over screen also which at low and full brightness becomes ok but at 20- 60% brightness level it apears so i reset the phone .... is it software problem

your display issues has cropped up because of updates. Many have similar issue. So far you cannot do anything. Only Samsung can fix it through updates which they have not yet. So waiting is only option. cheers

No I don't have any color display issue but many are. what happened to the 3 dots 🤔 well never mind if that makes you happy 👍
