problem with last update option

Hi .... Is there any body else who is unable to check the details of last update. That option has been disabled in my phone .that last update option is disabled in my phonee is their anybody who has same issue....and if know the reason kindly share. Screenshot attached.

I think u reset ur device, after reset the last update was not shown or removed

sorry i am unable to understand.. is that possible my 3 year old samsung ohine is also showing that option

Once you reset your device it comes as Factory made device., . try updating your device

it is showing software upto date and the security patch is also showing of september 2020

its seems its up-to-date. check the samsung website for any updates for ur device is there other than current version
