 I've been buying samsung products since corby. I've bought corby, note 3, 2 sets of s6 edge, s7 edge and more. Recently I bought 2 sets of note 20 ultra, one of which turned out to be defective, for which i took it to samsung service centre. They made me visit the centre 3 times after which asked me to come back again the next day. Today they informed me to wait for another 1 to 2 days, that too when i called them. They didn't even call to inform. I can't believe such unprofessional conduct and so poor service by such a reputed company. I am going to have to reconsider my options after this kind of experience.

Bro, firstly, Samsung does not care how many devices we bought and from how many years we are connected to the company. Even I have used all devices from Note 3 to Note 20 Ultra.
Secondly, there services are no longer of best quality. The reason is,Now a days, if you check, Samsung is releasing too many devices one by one and there is a web 🕸 of Samsung devices and everybody is confused what is happening and Samsung is not able to control the after sales service quality...

yeah... they've started this samsung club thing where they tell you about the priority services for loyal customers. nobody even knew samsung club is over at the service centre. they're weren't even giving me a loaner initially!!

Exactly, as from Samsung perspective there is no difference between anyone who has bought 1st Samsung phone or someone who has been loyal Samsung user.
Service center experience has degraded in last 2 years a lot.
