I have a company defect on my note 8 which I noticed now there are small boxes n lines are formed on my display which is seen if there is white background there is warranty but service centre are not taking because of a minor scratch this is horrible service

I think it's a screen burn in, you have to replace your display

its not physically damaged first learn to keep educated technition 2nd your service centre technition agreed it's a company defect only because there is a small scratch on the display frame you guys are not giving warranty n asking 17k do u guys have any idea can't you guys know the difference between physical damage n company defect
