When I am trying to take screenshots using palm swipe it's not taking screenshots as shown in advance features under device settings.
I noticed it's working when I called someone and taking device near to my ear the display goes off and comes back on again when device taking away from ear.

I have already factory reset my device still the issue is same. As I said already the proximity sensor is working when I take the device near to my ear and screen goes off and when I take the device away from my ear screen goes on at the time of calling. only I notice the issue with palm swipe using proximity sensor to take screenshots not working.
