Only if you flashed the correct firmware (AP, BP, CSC etc). If you flashed the wrong file you will be stuck again.

bro i flashed with odin and guess what, no data from my phone erased and security patch got updated to dec before it was nov and no promt of beta version in members app...

You missed something for sure, While flashing via Odin your data will be deleted 100%. Or you have invented new work around 😂😂
