note9 charging problem and overheating

Note 9 is getting very hot during charging nowadays and stops to take charge altogether! I spent a lot of money in hope for a good phone and this is what Samsung offers? Pretty disappointing! Time to say "NO" to $1000+ phones from Samsung.

flagships have camera problems, have charging problem, have overheating issue, have slowness despite out of the world chipset! they are flagships in marketing and pricing only!

bro I wanted to say note9 is such a pricey phone yet has camera problem, not s/w but hardware problem I meant. lots of users had to replace their units. and note7 exploded right after launching. they are just skimming money and don't care about the quality that money should provide. 😕

i have already visited service center 3 times and they just update the already updated software and make us fool that it will work fine

they are fooling us with over hyped marketing and gimmicky features which nobody uses. and the necessary things and features are all broken. customer service and warranty is a big joke too!
