Galaxy NoteHey Folks,
I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite(with ram 8GB and 128GB storage capacity) regarding the same I am facing the issue of Screen malfunctioning especially in the low network area or when it is on charging.
Further elaborating on the problem while using the phone in the low area network the touch on the screen is not working properly like for example while accessing the email I touch to scroll up or down as a result rather than scrolling it select the email and open it. Another major issue of overheating the phone even after very nominal use, initially at the time of purchase it was not heating much but after some updates from the Samsung it started overheating very frequently even at the time of less use. Also, sometimes using multiple applications at the same time phone processing gets very slow, and even it gets to hang facing such issues with 8 GB of RAM for Samsung product is not expected.
First I purchased the lower variant of Samsung galaxy note 10 lite with 6GB Ram and 128GB storage capacity, same issues were faced in the model, I approached Samsung service center and the existence of a problem was confirmed and I was offered another piece and thereby I purchased higher variant of Note 10 lite with 8GB ram but unfortunately the same problem existed in that piece also.
I am core Samsung user started my mobile journey with qwerty keypad phone Samsung Guru and continued with other models, but poor quality and performance of such premium series phone are not expected from Samsung.
