S pen not working at a specific point of the display

try rebooting the system, do a hardware test via the samsung members app hardware diagnostic option. if nothing else works take it to a service centre.

that area of screen does not work even in the hardware diagnosis? Is it just an issue with pen or the area is unresponsive to even hand touch ?

its just an issue with the spen

i guess you'll have to take it to service centre. or format it yourself, because that's the first thing even they'll do.

hey brother can you some a favour. download Dex app from Samsung website in your computer and connect your phone with computer using USB-C cable use the Dex.
