note 9 rebooting itself

My note 9 rebooting by itself and one time I switched it off and the whole phone behaved dead and dark not responding for anything till I pressed volume down and power on button.. I dont know what is the problem..

turn off auto restart
go to settings-device care-auto restart

it was like I switched off my phone and it was having enough charge around 97 percent. later may be after 10 mins I wanted to turn it on.. but there was no response .. no light of any sort on the screen or above the screen.. I connected it to the charger and it was not showing anything like when we connect we see a glow in display which shows its charging.. I tried to switch on the phone pressing power on button but dint work. later when I pressed both power on and volume down button together for 10 seconds or more it turned on like normal and went to home screen

its a common problem with all models mobile get stuck in somewhere in apps need to soft reset

and after switching on and after some time may be 15 mins i saw that it auto restarted by itself

phone has no physical damage and it's well kept

do factory reset once
before resetting backup your imp data
