everyone most of ... because you guys allaways update samsung software by that method which is not proper process to install software in any samsung devices......samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then there will be the maximum chances to produce software loop holes over software which creates thousands of issues in devices and anything mysterious can be happened then .. even display and motherboard can destroy forever as many users faced before......it's not process.......allaways try to install software especially in samsung devices via smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose...... before ui 2.0 there were total 23 vulnerability in note 9,s9 and after 2.1 still now there are 13 vulnerability + 2 critical issue in samsung own software now if someone already installed software Via mobile data or wifi then possible software loop holes over vulnerability destroyed display already
I am also facing same issue and I feel its there mistake due to their faulty update. So request to all users of note 9 who are facing issues pls report it to Samsung team so that we can get resolution
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Adjust the brightness: Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.
* Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
