unable to hear music on smasung music app

Hi all... I am having samsung u flex wireless earphones. Since this morning I am facing a problem where I am unable to hear any songs played from samsung music app nor is any sound coming from the phone also when played through samsung music app... I am able to receive call as well as am able to hear songs when playing through the files go app.. I have tried everything but no help... Request if any of u could help in this regard it will help massively.

Download SAMSUNG Level app from play store and try to Reset your U flex app. and you can also test your Bluetooth there.

Hi thanks for the same... However it didn't work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked.

Also check in Music App info if the permission "Change system Settings" is allowed or not.

Me too and when someone calls my ringtone does not ring.

try uninstalling and den reinstalling the app... It shud work
