note 8 heating up

Hi.

i bought note8 last week and from the second day itself i have started noticing it getting heated up while getting charged. it gets so hot that the only way to use it for talking purpose is to use a bluetooth speaker or handsfree.

i checked and there is no extra app working whjch might be consuming toomuch of battery.

please suggest the solution

no bro mera heat up nhii hota.....samsung k s.care le jao....15 days mein replace b hojata hai...new mil jayega...unko bolna...

Samsung adaptive charge is still using quick charge 2.0 technology. And that has heating problems. Can't help it.

all this steps are done... Even then heating issue still there...

hello... Yes mine Note 8 also is heating up too much even just by playing a 5min YouTube video... Battery draining very very fast... Charging also very slow even in fast mode... worse than s7 edge ... Samsung team kindly help...

My phone doesn't heat up. Even while playing high graphics games. I have disabled fast-charging though. Try doing that. Maybe it'll help you.

Bought a note8 on 28 Oct 18, when i started the phone, it began updating the firmware, from then my phone started heating up in normal use, while using fast charge adapter the phone heats up slightly, i searched online and one advise was to clear cache from recovery menu, i did that, the phone started showing improvement, over the period of next week, the phone settled down, and does not heatup even while playing games, try clearing cache partition after every update, worked for me
