dude i switched from iPhone 7 plus . I was going to buy iPhone X but my friends changed my mind about and asked me to buy Samsung Galaxy Note 8 . Everything about the device is great BUT im also annoyed about the software support . It's their most expensive smartphone made by Samsung to this date which is still running on nougat . That's a shame

Dude... m using a9 pro.. I have been using Samsung since ages but now it seems that these MFs are taking their customers' for granted. No updates for A seeies not even the security patch. my phone is running o Aug '17 security patch. Samsung has now become a ******** company...others like MI etc are much better.

Its high time we should switch to ones that care for their customers'
