Bro they have no other alternative as they know that people are reluctant to accept note and that too when it's officially tagged as refurbished. There strategy should be to cover up the cost else they have to recycle it resulting in another cost because government restrictions won't let them keep it for long. And many of the hardwares won't be saleable so it is the best thing they can do.

Yeah.. Thats correct .. but samsung is one arrogant company.. They will quote the price around 40-45k
