note 4 problem

hai sir I want to give a very bad feedback my 3 friends r using note 4 and now I'm also using note 4 , but when we upgrade a phone to marshmallow, phones r getting heat and getting hang and mother boards going to die. y this concerns r going on this phones please reply me. 3 phones we have throud out. and in Samsung service the cost of mother board is above 10000k they r sying what we should do please reply give me a solution.

hi ! even I am using Note4 form past 1 and half year there is absolutely no problem even after updating it to mashmallow. yes it heats up but never lags or hangs. try factory reseting

He is correct. I also use Note 4 and my friend too use note 4. we faced very identical problems. first the phone got into the reboot loop where phone restart in loop until battery dies. we both changed our batteries and it's fixed. now new problem. phone gets switch off suddenly and won't start until charger connected and when we remove charger phone dies and don't restart. we both had same problem back to back first my friend took his phone to the service centre they said need to replace motherboard which would cost 19500. and then it was my turn and same cost to replace motherboard. I am a samsung person and never expected such a poor performance from the flagship device. I am going to launch official complaint via this app. but just read this and replied.

Hi Samsung, can you please look into this as I'm also facing the same problem after marshmallow update. I believe you should have test every update before launch. Also please let us know if you are not able to solve these issue.
As I heard you are not providing us with the nougat update for Note4 (good decision cause you guys can't) so please suggest if we can degrade our Note4 from marshmallow to lollipop.

I have reviewed most of the post on Note4 and many are unanswered, are this all your service for your products?

many note 4 users have started getting this issue recently in the last month. Samsung needs to do something about it asap. I was planning to buy note 8 but lost confidence in Samsung
