note 20 ultra issues

On 25th August I purchased note 20 ultra I am entitled for the 10000 Rs coupon today in samsung shop in the "FOR YOU SECTION " I entered my IMEI no and got otp and after entering otp it is showing this offer is only available for note 20 ultra buyers pls help as it is frustrating spending 100000 and getting this type of glitches and no customer service is highly condemnable.

I too got same error but after one day I got my pre booking offers.Do don't panic definitely you will get.
