Dear all, i got note 10 recently , but box doesn't included extra spen nips and its removal tool, when i tried to contact customer care, they said box doesn't include extra spen nips, i explained them every note series inclosed extra spen nips, but surprisingly customer care is so stupid bluntly refusing, really bad customer care experience.
no idea about note10 but in note10+ i got 2 extra tips along with remover. search on YouTube Indian unboxing of Note10 you will find inbox items. if it helps press like button and inform that your query is solved. happy diwali!!
yes i have shared the screen shot of this booklet which clearly mentions spen nips but even after sharing this customer care person told me , it is not included in box , i asked him have you read booklet he said yes it is not included what a shame full customer, i did send the message to CEO team they said this, i am suprise if samsung customer even doesnt know what is included in box,? or they just avoiding it
