after installing the latest update on my samasung note 10, my network signal is lost and "com.android.phone keeps stopping" keeps on popping up on my screen. I tried resetting all my settings, network settings, clear cache date on the phone and nothing seems to work. please help? I need calls to attend to!

Remove your sim card. Re insert card and start your phone and check
