lost one ui beta after a trip from Samsung service cente

Hi

My note 9 camera had four replaced because of noise issues. But after my phone was restored I lost my one ui beta. Now i don't  see that in the Samsung member app. This is really bad experience. Can someone suggest what do I need to do get the one ui back?
