cam quick launch prob on note 8

cam quick launch fuction is not available on my note 8 . after i factory reseted my note 8 for the 1st time . since then i cant find the fuction on my phone. before factoryreset the fuction was available. so what happened...?

Try reset settings on camera. And try again quickly pressing twice power button.

If you activated your phone with an Indian SIM or did a Factory reset while it had an Indian SIM in it, the CSC automatically changes to INS and camera quick launch gets disabled.
