 I told problem in power saving mode.

Superb reply I got from the customer support and Samsung partner channel is sir don't use the power saving mode 🤣.. technically genius reply I got 🤣🤣.. any issues found no sir disabled and use it.. in that case wat is the use of releasing feature

Tysm admin for the prompt reply. I have send the logs and screen shot. it was handled by headoffice ppl and without proper analysis they told not a issue.. because I have tested thoroughly and I have show the issue to service centre ppl.. but head office ppl simply closing issue as not a issue
