Galaxy Note
Incoming calls are not popping up on Samsung Note 10+. As a result unable to answer calls. The only way I am able to answer calls is to pull down notifications screen. I experienced the same problem with my previous Note 8 as well in the past month or so. I wonder if it has something to do with any recent Android updates that is causing this problem in both the Note phones.

at a time i also faced the same problem then i contacted the samsung service centre and then they told me to reset the settings of your device after doing so it was all fine...if you want to do the same follow the steps below👇
1)open settings
2)search for reset settings
3)then reset the settings of your device
**donot worry there will be no loss of your precious data**
**do follow me if that was helpful 😊**

I resolved the issue. All I had to do was to go to Settings, then to Notifications and turn off 'Do not Disturb'. It was as simple as that.
