soory to say but their can be 2 things either it will not get the update and somehow if it does then it will take time ..... according to me samsung s8 will not get that update
i am also waiting for it ... i think it will take time for the stable version to be released as even the beta version is not released yet .... for the stable version i think it will take 2 - 3 months and for beta i think 1 or 2 months ... pls follow ...
