hang issue

i have note 4 phone going very slow. and hang a most time. some time my phone restart automatically.
what can i do?

try doing factory reset

yes do factory or jard reset remove battery and put back and on it

I am having j7 it is vibrating and automatically restarting and every account and contact are earesed I have already tryed factory
