game performance issue

the game performance on my phone is bad, when I play pubg with higher frame rate. there is lots of lag, I even did a factory reset and still I have the issue. I bought this phone for game recording but I'm unable to record any due to this

Download Game tuner by Samsung. even my Samsung on max was lagging after setting all high its works

I tried tuner now still lag is there... note 9 heats up quickly if we play pubg ... I'm not sure if their cooling system is working

yes ur right as i hve inbuilt game tuner in j7 max i get nice frame in high graphic but yea there is major lag.
