Heating and lag while playing games, screen burning issue

Hello Samsung

I have purchased my phone Galaxy note 20 Ultra in dec 2021

It was working fine, for now

But now its quite a while i have started noticing issues all together

1. When i turn on the eye comcort shield, put brightness to lowest, i see screen buring while i have a grey backgound (with thousands of dots)

2. While playimg games for about 5 min

It start heating a lot, due yo which i see very laggy performance

Even if i do simple task

Ease help to resolve these issues

Put unwanted apps and games to Deep Sleep from Battery settings (apps that you don't need notifications from).
Install apps only from Play Store, not apk files from other sources.

Clear Cache from Recovery menu (this should be done anyways after above).

If still issue exists, take backup & Factory Reset if you have not done it after Major OS update.
